- Earrings
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please choose carefully before placing your order. - Other Jewelry & Accessories
We accept returns or exchanges on other items (e.g., necklaces, bracelets, rings) provided that:
• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided. - Non-Returnable Items
• Sale or clearance items.
• Custom or personalized pieces.
• Items not returned in original condition. - Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (excluding earrings), please contact us first. - Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at hopeful.gems@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund. - Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (except in cases of incorrect or faulty items).
