At Hopeful Gems, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

  1. Earrings
    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
  2. Other Jewelry & Accessories
    We accept returns or exchanges on other items (e.g., necklaces, bracelets, rings) provided that:
    • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Custom or personalized pieces.
    • Items not returned in original condition.
  4. Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange an item (excluding earrings), please contact us first. 
  5. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at hopeful.gems@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  7. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (except in cases of incorrect or faulty items).
    • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
