5. Returns & Refunds
   • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
   • For other items, you may return unused products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
   • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
