    • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Delivery Times
    • South Africa (Local Orders): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
    Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Shipping Costs
    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you choose.
  4. Tracking Your Order
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
  5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
    • Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
    • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
  6. Damaged or Lost Packages
    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
    • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
